The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
My stay was extremely disappointing. The images online painted a picture of spacious and beautiful rooms, but what I found was a cramped and dark atmosphere. One of the rooms I had booked didn’t even have a window, which made it feel suffocating. The unclean linens and poorly maintained bathroom only added to my frustration. I spent a significant amount of money for these accommodations, and it felt unjust to receive such subpar service and quality.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, the hotel is conveniently located near major temples and the ghat, making it easy to explore. The generous staff always greeted me with a smile while helping me book cabs at the travel desk.
